The Notification Center is a new feature designed to help you stay up-to-date and manage your tasks more efficiently. You'll find a bell icon in the top right corner of your application interface, which serves as the Notification Center.

How it works

  • Notification Bell Icon: The bell icon in the top right corner will house all notifications sent through the app.

  • Alert Indicator: If there are any notifications you haven't viewed yet, a red alert indicator will appear on the bell icon.

  • Dismissing Notifications: To dismiss notifications, simply open the Notification Center and load the "unviewed" notifications section. This will automatically mark the notifications as viewed, so there's no need for manual action.

  • Interacting with Notifications: Clicking on a notification will trigger its primary action, such as reviewing a document or updating a task. Each notification will also feature a clearly labeled call to action on the right-hand side for easy reference

Types of Notifications Supported

Here are the current types of notifications you may receive in the Notification Center:

  1. Assigned a Question – You’ve been assigned a question by someone in your organization.

  2. Reminded of an Assignment – A reminder for a question assignment you need to address.

  3. Completed Assignment – A notification that an assignment you created has been completed.

  4. Portal Review Request – A request from a portal guest for you to review a document.

  5. Enterprise Review Request – A request from a child organization for you to review a document.

  6. Enterprise Review Completed – Notification that a review you requested has been completed.

  7. Enterprise Request Changes Review – A change request has been made on a review you submitted.

  8. Document Status Changed to Update Needed – A document's status within the organization has been updated to "needs update."

  9. Question Flagged for Needs Review – A question related to a document has been flagged as needing review.

What’s Coming Next?

The list of supported notifications will continue to grow. We plan to include more specific and relevant notifications, such as legal updates tailored to your jurisdiction subscriptions.

The Notification Center is designed to improve user communication and engagement, enabling you to stay compliant and make the most of our product features. This is just the beginning of a more dynamic and interactive user experience.
