While you are creating or editing your live doc campaign, you will go to the DESIGN step of the campaign wizard and turn on the Show AI Chat in Campaign toggle.
Important: The toggle is off by default so it will need to be enabled for any campaign that wishes to have this functionality.
Once that has been turned on, the employee portal user will see the ASK AI option in the header of the employee portal when viewing the documents in that campaign.
The employee can then ask the AI chat any questions they have about their document and if they click on the 3 dot menu they will be able to view chat history as well as delete their conversation.
Back in the Live Doc Campaign Dashboard, we have a new section for AI Metrics where the employer can view all questions that were asked.
By clicking on a question, you can also see how the AI Chat answered the question.
