When you need to create a new document based on existing answers without duplicating the entire content, this capability comes in handy.

This enhancement was developed to address common challenges users faced when duplicating documents:

  • Starting fresh without keeping version history or unwanted edits.

  • Applying answers to a new document without copying all content.

How to use Duplicate Answers Only:

  1. Locate the document you wish to duplicate from the Docs page.

  2. Click on the three-dot menu icon at the document's top-right corner.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select 'Duplicate.'

  4. A modal will appear offering two options: a. Duplicate the entire document in its current state. b. Start a new document by duplicating your previous answers only.

  5. Choose option 2: 'Duplicate answers only.'

This action will create a new document with only your previously provided answers applied.
