Comment: leave feedback or notes
Delete text: Mark text for removal
Add text: Suggest new content
How to suggest edits to a document
Open document in Editor: Select 'Edit Document' from the document drop-down menu.
Toggle Suggestion Mode on: The toggle to turn on Suggestion Mode is located in the Editor menu. This mode lets you suggest changes without altering the original text.
Make edits:
New text will appear in green.
Deletions will be marked in red.
To leave a comment, highlight the text, add your comment, and click 'Comment.' Text with comments will be highlighted in yellow.
Navigate suggestions: Click the icons on the right-hand side of the doc to expand it and review suggested edits and comments left.
Please note:
Suggested edits and comments can be approved by any SixFifty user in the account.
You can only see suggestions when you have the document open in Editor, not in view mode.

Can I tag people?
No, but we are working to make this possible.
Can I use AI merge on a document when there are unresolved suggestions?
No, AI merge is only available after all suggestions are resolved. However, you can still use copy-and-paste merge, and your suggestions will be visible.
