We’ve added a new filter in the Research tool to help you quickly identify where legal obligations apply. Located in the left sidebar under Legal Requirements, this filter includes three options: All, With Requirements, and Without Requirements. It’s a simple way to prioritize which articles require action and which are purely informational.

Document Theming is a styling tool that automatically applies a uniform formatting to your documents. Instead of tweaking fonts, headers, and spacing by hand, you can rely on a theme to do the heavy lifting across your entire document.

We’ve made a quality-of-life improvement to the Assign a Question feature in the document Q&A workflow. Now, you can assign a single question to a guest—meaning they’ll only see that specific question and none of the other questions in the document creation flow. Now, you can create and manage multiple profiles under a single organization—perfect for businesses with multiple entities or locations. Select the right profile directly within the document question flow to speed things up and reduce manual entry.

Research now includes article previews—giving you a quick summary of what an article covers before you open it. This makes it easier to find what you’re looking for, especially in articles that don’t list specific requirements upfront.
