Require Acknowledgment on Specific Posters
You now have more granular control over poster compliance. Admins can enable an acknowledgment toggle on any individual poster—when turned on, employees in the portal are prompted to confirm they've seen that specific poster, separate from the general poster acknowledgment flow.
A new "Acknowledged At" column on the poster detail page and a CSV export option make it easy to track and report on who confirmed what and when.
Download All Your Posters at Once
No more downloading posters one by one. You can now download all posters currently displayed in your catalog—respecting whatever filters you've applied—with a single click. Everything arrives as a ZIP file, and any custom-uploaded posters are automatically included.
Smarter Poster Notifications
Staying on top of poster updates just got easier. You can now receive in-app notifications and email summaries when posters change, on a cadence you choose—daily, weekly, or monthly—similar to how the Legal Digest works. Update your preferences anytime under Profile → Notifications.
A Better Ask AI Experience
We've given Ask AI a significant upgrade. The new chat-based experience lets you ask follow-up questions, revisit past conversations, and keep things organized. Pin important chats for quick access, download any conversation as a PDF, and browse your full history—all from a cleaner, more intuitive interface.

Ask AI Inside Live Doc Campaigns
Employees reviewing a Live Doc campaign can now get AI-powered answers without leaving the portal. When enabled in the campaign wizard, an "Ask AI" button appears in the portal header, letting employees ask questions about the specific document they're viewing. Conversations are saved and scoped to that document—so context stays relevant.
Archive (and Restore) Documents
Need to tidy up your document list without deleting anything permanently? You can now archive documents to remove them from your active workflows. Archived docs are read-only and won't receive updates, but they're not gone—you can restore them at any time from the new Archived view in the Documents table.

More Control Over Your HRIS Sync
We've added new settings to give you finer control over how your HRIS integration behaves. You can now choose whether to sync inactive or terminated contacts, automatically reactivate contacts when they become active again in your HRIS, and filter by employment type so only the right employees are included. A clearer sync status indicator and a summary of currently synced entities round out the improvements.
HRIS integration access varies depending on subscription tier. Contact your CSM or use the in-app chat to inquire about getting it added to your subscription.

You can now @mention teammates in documents
Documents in SixFifty just got a lot more collaborative. You can now @mention teammates directly inside a document to loop them into questions, reviews, or next steps.
Just tag them in a comment, hit save, and they'll get a notification that brings them straight back to the right spot.
